Post 1, 2, 3: Deputy Vice President (DVP) Posts
- Mandatory: BE/BTech degree in any discipline from a University/Institution/Board recognized by Govt. of India OR MCA/ME/MTech/MSc in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution/Board.
- Preferred: An advanced degree in Cybersecurity or Information Technology.
- Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, PMP, MBA (Technology Management) – Certificate should be valid as on last date of registration.
- Mandatory: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science/Computer Science & Engineering/Data Science & Artificial Intelligence/Software Engineering/Information Technology/Electronics/Electronics & Communications Engineering or Equivalent Degree with minimum 50% score OR MCA OR M.Tech/M.Sc in Computer Science/Computer Science & Engineering/Information Technology/Data Science & Artificial Intelligence/Software Engineering/Electronics/Electronics & Communications Engineering or Equivalent Degree.
- Professional Certifications: Advanced in AI Audit (AAIA), Advanced in AI Security Management (AAISM), Advanced in AI Risk (AAIR) from ISACA USA, AWS Certified AI Practitioner, Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer, IBM AI Engineering Professional Certificate.

Post 1: DVP – Cyber Innovation & Simulation Lab
- Overall experience of 12+ years with at least 6 years in Technology Innovation/IT Innovation/Digital Innovation/Emerging Technologies/Cyber Security Innovation/Technology Strategy/Innovation Labs/Centers of Excellence (CoE), Digital Transformation/Product Innovation/Technology Consulting or related domains.
- Minimum 12 years' experience in BFSI IT/Information Security/Cyber Security with at least 6 years in cyber security/conducting cybersecurity awareness.
- Minimum 12 years' experience in BFSI IT/Information Security/Cyber Security with at least 6 years in Cyber Research/Cyber Defence & Intelligence.
- 4 years post qualification experience in Information Technology domain.
- Out of 4 years, 2 years' experience in Designing ML/Deep Learning Models/mapping workflows/deploying GenAI/RAG pipelines/Secure API Deployment/Experience with cloud ML suits like AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud Vertex AI or Microsoft Azure ML/Expertise in libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Pandas/XGBoost/Hugging Face/Lang Chain/Open AI API/Apache Spark/Python/Prompt Engineering/Fine Tuning.

- Establish framework for research and innovation activities
- Translate research findings into practical cybersecurity solutions
- Research and assess emerging cybersecurity technologies (AI, ML, Blockchain, Quantum Computing)
- Foster culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
- Lead, design, and implement citizen-centric initiatives
- Develop and execute plans to protect citizens from cyber threats
- Promote cyber awareness and digital literacy

Selection Process
- Phase 1 - Shortlisting: The shortlisting committee will decide the shortlisting parameters. Adequate number of candidates will be shortlisted for interview. Mere fulfilling minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right to be called for interview.
- Phase 2 - Interview: Interview will carry 100 marks. Qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.
- Merit List: Merit list will be prepared in descending order based on scores obtained in interview only. In case of tie, candidates will be ranked according to age in descending order.
