Educational Qualification & Experience
- Deputy Manager (Mechanical): Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University. Minimum 7 years post-qualification managerial experience in Shipbuilding/Ship Repair/Engineering companies/Offshore Fabrication/Marine related Engineering companies/Government/Semi-Government Companies/Establishments.
- Deputy Manager (HR & Administration): MBA with specialization in HR with minimum 60% marks OR PG Degree/PG Diploma in Business Administration/Management (Two years) with minimum 60% marks OR PG Degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/Personnel Management/Human Resource Management with minimum 60% marks. Minimum 7 years post-qualification managerial experience in Human Resources/Administration areas in PSUs/Engineering Companies/Government/Semi-Government Companies/Establishments.
- Deputy Manager (Safety): Degree in any branch of Engineering/Technology OR Degree in Physics/Chemistry OR Diploma in any branch of Engineering/Technology with Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by State Government. For Degree holders: Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience. For Diploma holders/Physics/Chemistry graduates: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience.
- All qualifications must be from a University/Institute recognized by AICTE/appropriate statutory authority/State/Central Government.
- Experience acquired after the date of passing the qualifying examination shall only be considered.
- Training period in any organization shall not be counted as work experience.
Age Limit
- Upper Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years as on 10 August 2026 (born on or after 11 August 1991).
- Age Relaxation (for reserved posts): 3 years for OBC candidates, 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
- For PwBD candidates: As per Government of India guidelines.
- For Ex-servicemen: As per Government of India guidelines, up to 45 years.
