Educational Qualification

Post 1: Dy. Chief Technology Officer (Enterprise Architecture)

• Mandatory: Engineering Graduate OR MCA from a recognized University/Institution.
• Preferred: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Software Engineering/Computer Science & Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Technology/Electronics/Electronics & Communication.
• Compulsory Certification: TOGAF Certification.
• Preferred: MBA qualification will be preferred/added advantage.

Post 2: Vice President (Enterprise & Technology Architect)

• Engineering Graduate OR MCA from a recognized University/Institution.
• B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Software Engineering/Computer Science & Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Technology/Electronics/Electronics & Communication will be preferred.
• TOGAF Certification is compulsory.
• MBA qualification will be preferred/added advantage.

Experience Required

Post 1: Dy. Chief Technology Officer (Enterprise Architecture)

• Essential Experience: Minimum 18 years of overall post-basic qualification experience in IT with regulated financial services organization or in technology/software organizations engaged in creating large-scale products/applications for the BFSI Industry.
• Out of 18 years, minimum 5 years must be at senior executive level.
• Out of 18 years, minimum 8 years of experience should have been in Architectural functions and building Enterprise solutions.
• Experience Certificate or any other document evidencing the relevant/essential experience needs to be submitted.

Post 2: Vice President (Enterprise & Technology Architect)

• Essential Experience: Minimum 12 years of overall post-basic qualification experience in IT with regulated financial services organization or in technology/software organizations engaged in creating large-scale products/applications for the BFSI Industry.
• Out of 12 years, minimum 4 years must be at senior executive level.
• Out of 12 years, minimum 5 years of experience should have been in Architectural functions and building Enterprise solutions.

Note: Training/Teaching experience will not be counted for eligibility. Experience will be reckoned based on details furnished in the Biodata/Resume at the time of shortlisting and interview.

Selection Process

• Phase 1 - Shortlisting: The shortlisting committee will decide the shortlisting parameters. Adequate number of candidates will be shortlisted for interview. Mere fulfilling minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right to be called for interview.
• Phase 2 - Interview: Interview will carry 100 marks. Qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.
• Phase 3 - CTC Negotiation: CTC negotiation will be done with candidates in the order of merit one by one.
• Merit List: Merit list will be prepared in descending order based on scores obtained in interview only. In case of tie, candidates will be ranked according to age in descending order.
