Educational Qualification & Experience Details

Post Code 01 - Deputy Manager (MAS) (E-2 Grade):

• Post graduation in Economics. Mathematics should be one of the subjects up to graduation level.
• Minimum 05 (Five) years post qualification experience in:
  • Forecasting using econometric modelling, statistical tools, etc.
  • Well versed in micro and macro-economics.
  • Socio-economic studies.
  • Social - cost benefit analysis.
  • Well versed with economic policies.

Post Code 02 - Deputy Manager (MAS) (E-2 Grade):

• Engineering graduate degree with MBA/PGDM (02 years duration).
• Minimum 05 (Five) years post qualification experience in:
  • Market survey/market research: present and future demand & supply, analysis of gaps/surpluses etc. of industrial products (metal/non-metals/minerals and/or services like power/energy/traffic, etc.).
  • Forecasting using econometric modelling, statistical tools, etc.

Post Code 03 - Manager (MAS) (E-3 Grade):

• Engineering graduate degree with MBA/PGDM (02 years duration).
• Minimum 09 (Nine) years post qualification experience in Cost-estimation, project Appraisal, Building Financial models and forecasting and Budgeting, etc. on Metals/Mining/Energy/Ports/Other Infrastructure projects etc.

Post Code 04(A) & 04(B) - Deputy Manager / Manager (Architecture):

• Bachelor in Architecture. Preference to candidates from Govt. Engineering Institutes of "Institute of National Importance".
• For Deputy Manager: Minimum 05 (Five) years post qualification experience in Designs of Industrial/Infrastructure facilities with exposure to Revit, AutoCAD. Exposure to 3D views, Walkthrough, estimation preferred.
• For Manager: Minimum 09 (Nine) years post qualification experience in Designs of Industrial/Infrastructure facilities with exposure to Revit, AutoCAD. Exposure to 3D views, Walkthrough, estimation preferred.

Post Code 05 - Manager (Civil & Structural) (E-3 Grade):

• B.E/B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical. Preference to candidates from Govt. Engineering Institutes of "Institute of National Importance".
• Minimum 09 (Nine) years post qualification experience, out of which at least 06 (Six) years experience in Construction of Industrial/Infrastructure Steel Structural works at Site.

Post Code 06 - Senior Manager (Civil & Structural) (E-4 Grade):

• B.E/B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical. Post graduate Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Construction Management preferred.
