- Step 1: Visit the official DEI website www.dei.ac.in.
- Step 2: Click on the "Job Application" link or visit Apply Online directly.
- Step 3: Register yourself and fill the online application form with all required details.
- Step 4: Upload the required documents and recent passport-size photograph.
- Step 5: Pay the application fee of ₹ 148/- through online payment mode.
- Step 6: After successful payment, download the PDF of the application form.
- Step 7: Keep a printout of the application form and fee receipt for future reference.
- Step 8: Original documents along with a separate set of application form, fees receipt, self-attested annexures (copies of certificates and mark-sheets from matriculation onwards, caste certificate, experience certificates, and two passport size photographs) will be required at the time of Seminar-cum-Presentation/Interview for verification.

Important Instructions
- Candidates may visit the Institute's website www.dei.ac.in and submit online application.
- On successful submission, the applicant will come across a link for paying application registration fees.
- After payment of fees, the candidate may download a PDF of the application.
- Original documents along with separate set of application form, fees receipt, self-attested annexures will have to be produced at the time of Seminar-cum-Presentation/Interview for verification.
- Failing to produce documents, the candidate would not be allowed to appear in the Seminar-cum-Presentation/Interview.
- All qualifications and experience will be considered as on the closing date (31 August 2026).
- The Institute shall verify the antecedents or documents submitted by a candidate at the time of appointment or during the tenure of the service.
- If it is detected that the documents submitted are fake or the candidate has suppressed information, then his/her services shall be terminated.
- Candidates are called for Seminar-cum-Presentation/Interview on the recommendations of the Screening Committee.
- All applicants may not be called for Seminar-cum-Presentation/Interview.
- No TA and DA shall be admissible for attending the Seminar-cum-Presentation/Interview.
- Applicants who are employed should route their application through proper channel or submit a "No Objection Certificate" (NOC) from the employer prior to the Seminar-cum-Presentation/Interview.
- The Institute reserves the right to fill, to fill on temporary basis, or not to fill any of the posts, without giving any reason.
- The number of posts may vary depending on exigencies.
