Eligibility Criteria

1. Essential Educational Qualification:

• Master's degree in Chemistry with specialization in Inorganic or Organic or Analytical Chemistry.
• OR M.Sc (Agriculture) with specialization in Soil Science or Agricultural Chemistry.
• OR M.Sc. with Microbiology.
• OR M.Sc. Agri in Entomology.
• From a recognized University or Institute recognized by the Central Government or State Government.

2. Experience:

• Minimum 02 years experience in the relevant field of Bio-stimulants/Nano fertilizers analysis & handling of relevant instruments.
• Candidates should have proficiency in handling computer (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel etc.).
• Preference will be given to persons having M.Phil/Ph.D. degree and work experience in the relevant field.

3. Age Limit (as on last date of application):

• Candidates should not exceed 35 years.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 60,000/- (Fixed) per month.
• TDS shall be applicable as per norms.
• The amount of remuneration shall remain unchanged for the term of contract.
• No annual increment/percentage increase during the contract period.
• No PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, HRA/accommodation, DA, phone/conveyance/transport, foreign travel, personal staff/CGHS or any other Allowance.
• No TA/DA/joining time is admissible for joining the assignment or on its completion.
• TA/DA for official tours within the country will be reimbursed as per Government of India Rules (equivalent to Assistant Section Officer Level 7).

Selection Process

• Screening: All applications received will be scrutinized and shortlisted by the Screening Committee of CFQC&TI.
• Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview at CFQC&TI, Faridabad.
• Panel Formation: A panel of 15 candidates in order of merit will be drawn.
• Offer of Appointment: Top candidates commensurate with the number of posts will be given offer letters.
• Panel Validity: The panel would be valid for a period of one year.
• If a selected candidate does not accept the offer, the next candidate in the panel will be offered the appointment.

Terms & Conditions

• The engagement will be purely on a contractual basis.
• The engagement shall be initially for a period of Three (03) years which may be extended depending on performance evaluation.
• In case a person leaves before completion of one year, they will not get any work experience certificate.
• Working hours shall be from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM during working days including half an hour lunch break.
• YPs may be required to work on Saturdays/Sundays/other holidays for which no extra remuneration will be paid.
• Compensatory off may be given for attending office on holidays.
• YPs will be eligible for 08 days leave during one year on a pro-rata basis.
• The engagement may be terminated at any time by giving a notice of 30 days.
• In case of insubordination/misconduct, services can be terminated immediately without any notice.
• Selected candidates will not be entitled to any claim for regular appointment.
• The YPs will be required to submit a police verification report and a medical-cum-fitness certificate prior to engagement.
• The Intellectual Property Rights of the data collected shall remain with the office.
• YPs will be required to maintain secrecy and confidentiality of office information.
• Any information gathered during the engagement shall not be divulged to unauthorized persons.
