Educational Qualification & Experience
1. DGM (Structural Engineer / Buildings) - VC No. RG/19/26
- Qualification: Full Time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering AND Master's Degree in Structural Engineering.
- Minimum Experience: 11 Years.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in design of multi-storied buildings, including RCC, Steel and Composite Structures.
- Desirable: Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, STAAD, SAFE etc.
- Qualification: Full Time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering AND Master's Degree in Structural Engineering.
- Minimum Experience: 02 Years.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in design of multi-storied buildings, including RCC, Steel and Composite Structures.
- Desirable: Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, STAAD, SAFE, etc., and working knowledge of BIM.
- Qualification: Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum Experience: 02 Years.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in design of Water Supply, Drainage, Sewerage, STP and Fire Fighting Systems for building infrastructure.
- Desirable: Experience of working on BIM platforms using REVIT (MEP), NAVISWORK, Autodesk Construction Cloud, H2X, WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, etc.; and qualification of M.Tech. in Public Health Engineering (PHE), Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
- Qualification: Full Time Bachelor's Degree in Architecture AND Master's Degree in Healthcare Architecture.
- Minimum Experience: 02 Years.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in planning and design of healthcare facilities such as hospitals, medical colleges, etc.
- Desirable: Experience in planning and design of super-specialty and multi-specialty hospitals; and Working knowledge of BIM.
- Qualification: Full Time Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum Experience: 02 Years.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in planning and design of building infrastructure, including multi-stored buildings.
- Desirable: Working knowledge of BIM; and qualification of Master's Degree in Architecture.
- Qualification: Full Time Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum Experience: 02 Years.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in planning and design of Metro Station buildings, including underground stations.
- Desirable: Working knowledge of BIM; and Master's Degree in Architecture.
Minimum Marks Requirement
- UR/EWS Candidates: First Class Degree / Minimum 60% marks in Minimum Qualification for consideration against unreserved posts.
- Reserved Category Candidates (SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD): At least 50% marks in Minimum Qualification for consideration against reserved posts.
- The candidate should possess a Degree recognized by AICTE/UGC (as applicable) from a University incorporated by an Act of Central or State legislature in India.
- Sections A & B examination of the Institution of Engineers (India) which is treated as equivalent to Degree by Govt. of India and recognized by AICTE shall also be accepted.
Experience Criteria - Salary/CTC Requirements
For DGM (Structural Engineer / Buildings) - 11 Years Experience:
- Central/State Govt./PSU/Autonomous: Should have worked for at least 2 years in IDA pay scale of Rs. 60,000-1,80,000 / CDA pay scale in Level 11 of 7th CPC.
- Private Sector/Other Organizations: Should have annual CTC of at least Rs. 24.10 LPA on the last date for submission of the application.
- Experience criteria for Assistant Manager posts will be as per the relevant experience mentioned in the qualification section above.

- In addition to Basic Pay, candidates will be paid DA, Fixed/Variable allowances, Performance Related Pay, Medical facilities, HRA/Lease accommodation, attractive superannuation package consisting of contribution to PF, Gratuity as per Gratuity Act, and Post Retirement Medical Scheme.
- Other benefits include: Leaves as per leave rules, Maternity Leave/Paternity Leave, Medical facility, Group Insurance, Leave Encashment.

Selection Process
For DGM (Structural Engineer / Buildings) - RG/19/26:
- Document Scrutiny: Documents submitted by candidates will be scrutinized by RITES Limited. Candidates found eligible will be called for verification of original documents and selection process.
- Interview: Interview 100% (Technical & Professional proficiency - 65%; Personality Communication & Competency - 35%)
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 60% for UR/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD against reserved posts in interview.
- Written Test: 125 objective type questions carrying one mark each for a duration of 2.5 Hours. No negative marking. Minimum 50% for UR/EWS (45% for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD against reserved posts).
- Document Scrutiny: Based on written test results, documents will be scrutinized and shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
- Interview: Candidates will be called in the ratio of 1:6 to the number of vacancies. Weightage: Written Test 60% + Interview 40%.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks in Interview: 60% for UR/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD against reserved posts.
- Candidates have the option to appear for the selection process either in Hindi or English.
- Appointment of selected candidates will be subject to being found medically fit in the Medical Examination conducted as per RITES Rules.
