  1. Visit the UPSC Online Application Portal at https://upsconline.nic.in/ora/
  2. Create your account and obtain the Universal Registration Number (URN)
  3. Fill the Common Application Form (CAF) with personal and educational details
  4. Upload your photograph (uploaded photo + live photo capture required)
  5. Upload your signature (sign three times on white paper with black ink)
  6. Fill the Post/Vacancy specific module for Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner
