Educational Qualification & Experience
Category 1: Chief Resident Engineer / Viaduct (VC: YP/16-R1/26)
- Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university/institution.
- Total experience of 15 years after Graduation.
- At least 10 years' experience of construction/supervision of viaducts and other Civil Engineering structures with pile foundation/open foundation in Railway Infrastructure projects.
- Graduate in Electronics/Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institution.
- Preferred: Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
- Total experience of 08 years after Graduation / 06 years after Post Graduation in designing Railway Signalling.
- Minimum 5 years after Graduation / 4 years after Post Graduation in Project Management Consultants or Construction Agency or General Consultant or with Signalling Contractors for RRI/SSI/PI or with OEMs of Electronic Interlocking system.
- OR at least 03 years of Design Experience in Gazetted cadre of S&T Department of Railways or as Manager and above in S&T Engineering Department in RITES/IRCON/RVNL or equivalent.
- Graduate in Electronics/Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institution.
- Preferred: Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
- Total experience of 08 years after Graduation / 06 years after Post Graduation in infrastructure projects involving Railway Electrification aspects.
- At least 5 years after Graduation / 4 years after Post Graduation in Project Management Consultants or Construction Agency or General Consultant or with Electrification contractors.
- M.Tech in Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institute/university.
- Total experience of 10 years after Post Graduation.
- At least 7 years' experience of carrying out Geotechnical investigation works, preparing and review of geotechnical interpretation report for Tunnels, Bridges and other structures.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institute/university.
- Preferred: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering and Certification in Project Management.
- Total experience of 10 years after Diploma / 07 Years after Degree.
- At least 4 years of experience after degree / 6 years after diploma in procurement strategy, tender documents, bid process management, managing contracts.

Important Instructions
- Before applying, candidates must ensure they satisfy all eligibility conditions.

- Police Verification shall be done as per MHA instructions. Negative verification will result in immediate termination.
