Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit:

• Not exceeding 56 years as on closing date.

Key Qualifications:

Controller of Examinations (Level 12):

• Master's Degree from recognized University or equivalent
• 8 years' experience in academic/conduct of examinations in University/Institutions
• Holding analogous post OR 5 years regular service in Level 11

Registrar (Level 12):

• Experience in Admissions and Academic matters
• Holding analogous post OR 5 years regular service in Level 11 OR 10 years regular service in Level 10

System Analyst (Level 11):

• Master's Degree in Computer Applications/M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) OR B.E./B.Tech in relevant field
• 5 years post-qualification experience in Programming/Information System

Computer Programmer (Level 10):

• Master's Degree in Computer Applications/Computer Science/IT OR B.E./B.Tech in relevant field
• 3 years experience in Programming/Information System

Purchase Officer (Level 10):

• Any Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Materials Management
• Desirable: MBA or Diploma in Material Management with experience in procurement of Medical Equipment's/Hospital consumables/Medicines

Accounts Officer (Level 9):

• Graduate in Commerce or Graduate in Economics (with Accounts and Audit as major subjects) + SAS exam pass OR Chartered Accountant

• Step 2: Fill the application form completely as per the prescribed format.
• Step 3: Attach the following documents:

  • Photocopies of APARs for the past 5 years (duly attested on each page by an officer not below the rank of Under Secretary)
  • Certificate of Integrity
  • Vigilance Clearance Certificate
  • Certificate indicating no major/minor penalty in last 10 years/service period
