Eligibility Criteria

1. Nationality:

• Candidate must be a citizen of India.

2. Age Limit (as on 31 August 2026):

• Maximum Age: 50 years.
• Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen.

3. Educational Qualification:

• CA / CMA (ICMAI) / MBA (Finance or equivalent) / B.E. / B.Tech / Post-graduation in Mathematics / Statistics / Economics / Commerce / Business Administration / Post Graduate Degree in Finance / Management / Human Resource Management (HRM) / Post Graduate Diploma (minimum 02 years) in Finance / Management / HRM from a university/institution/Board recognized by Government of India.
• Desirable: CFA / FRM / CAIIB / other certification programmes in credit/risk conducted by IIBF/NIBM/similar institutions.

4. Minimum Post-Qualification Experience:

• Overall experience of minimum 15 years in the officer/executive cadre.
• At least 10 years in project finance of large corporate / Treasury operation / Risk Management / Human Resource (HR) operation & training / Finance & Account in Banks / Financial Institutions / PSUs / Corporates involved in transactional advisory, syndication and consultancies in the area of project finance.

5. Minimum Level of Grade / Scale / Position Last Held / CTC (as on 31 August 2026):

• (i) Scale IV officers of any Public Sector Banks / Government sponsored Banks/FIs, OR
• (ii) Grade 'C' officers of any Development Financial Institution (DFI) / Public Financial Institution (PFI), OR
• (iii) E-6/E-5 of other PSUs / organisations / Public Financial Institutions (covered under IDA pattern), OR
• (iv) CTC should not be below Rs. 40.00 Lakhs per year for candidates presently working in Private Sector Banks / FIs / Corporates.

Salary & Benefits

• Pay Scale: Rs. 1,53,200 - 5,100(2) - 1,63,400 - 5,300(5) - 1,89,900 - 5,500(1) - 1,95,400 (9 Years)
• Starting Basic Pay: Rs. 1,53,200/- per month

Selection Process

• Interview: Selection will be done through the Interview process (psychometric, technical and behavioural), as decided by IIFCL.
• Shortlisting: The number of candidates to be called for interview will be decided by IIFCL based on preliminary screening/shortlisting with reference to qualifications, experience, suitability, etc.
• Language: Candidate may opt for the interview either in Hindi or English.
• Minimum Qualifying Marks: 60% marks or above (55% for SC/ST candidates) scored in the interview will be considered for placing a candidate in the merit list.
• Additional Assessment: IIFCL may decide to conduct Group Discussion or other assessment as an additional tool to assess suitability.
• Waitlist: IIFCL reserves the right to draw waitlists of candidates and consider such waitlisted candidate(s) for meeting actual requirement.
• No TA/DA: Outstation SC/ST candidates called for Interview will be reimbursed economy class airfare from their place of ordinary residence to the place of interview.
