• Retired Scientist 'G' or Scientist 'H' from DRDO.
• Who have retired or are due to retire on or before 31 July 2026.
• Retired scientists should not be holding any other employment.

2. Selection Process:

• By selection through a Search-cum-Selection Committee appointed by the Government.
• The Committee will have the authority to consider any other names meeting the eligibility criteria.
