Eligibility Criteria (Post-wise)

Photographic Officer (Level-7):

• Eligibility: Officers under Central/State Governments, PSUs, Statutory/Autonomous Bodies, Agricultural Universities, or Recognized Research Institutes:
  • (i) Holding analogous post on a regular basis; OR
  • (ii) With 5 years of regular service in Level-6 (Rs. 35,400 - 1,12,400) or equivalent.
• Essential Qualification:
  • Senior Secondary School Examination pass from a recognized Board.
  • Diploma in Photography from a recognized University/Institute.
  • 2 years of professional experience in various fields of photography.
• OR
  • Senior Secondary School Examination pass.
  • Certificate Course in Photography from a recognized University/Institute.
  • 3 years of professional experience in various fields of photography.
• Desirable: Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts with Photography as a subject.

Senior Translator (Level-7):

• Eligibility: Officers from Central/State Governments or Union Territory Administrations:
  • (i) Holding analogous post on a regular basis; OR
  • (ii) With 5 years of regular service in Level-6 (Rs. 35,400 - 1,12,400).
• Essential Qualification: Master's degree in Hindi/English or any subject with Hindi/English as compulsory/elective subjects or medium of examination at degree level, AND recognized Diploma/Certificate in Translation or 3 years of translation experience.

Assistant Extension Officer (Level-6):

• Eligibility: Officers under Central/State Governments, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, Agricultural Universities, or Recognized Research Institutes:
  • (i) Holding analogous post on a regular basis; OR
  • (ii) With 6 years of regular service in PB-1 Rs. 5,200 - 20,200 + GP Rs. 2,800/- or equivalent.
• Essential Qualification: Master's Degree in Agriculture/Agricultural Extension/MBA with Agriculture/Master's in Rural Management/Agriculture Business Management/Vegetable Sciences/Horticulture/Agro Forestry OR Degree in Agricultural Engineering.

Stenographer Grade I (Level-6):

• Eligibility: Officers holding the post of Stenographer under Central/State Governments, PSUs, Universities, Research Institutes, or Autonomous Bodies:
  • (i) Holding analogous post on a regular basis; OR
  • (ii) With 6 years of regular service in Level-5 (Rs. 29,200 - 92,300); OR
  • (iii) With 10 years of regular service in Level-4 (Rs. 25,500 - 81,100).

Photographer (Level-6):

• Eligibility: Officers under Central/State Governments, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, Universities, or Recognized Research Institutes:
  • (i) Holding analogous post on a regular basis; OR
  • (ii) With 6 years of regular service in Level-5 (Rs. 29,200 - 92,300) or equivalent.
• Essential Qualification: Senior Secondary School Examination pass + Diploma in Photography + 2 years experience OR Certificate Course in Photography + 3 years experience.

Upper Division Clerk (Level-4):

• Eligibility: Officers under Central Government:
  • (i) Holding analogous post on a regular basis; OR
  • (ii) With 8 years of regular service in the grade of Lower Division Clerk or equivalent.

Driver Grade II (Level-4):

• Eligibility: Staff Car Drivers under Central/State Governments, Universities, PSUs, or Autonomous Bodies:
  • (i) Holding analogous post on a regular basis; OR
  • (ii) With 9 years of regular service in Level-2 (Rs. 19,900 - 63,200).
• Must have passed trade test specified by the Government and possess a valid driving license for motor cars with at least 5 years of driving experience.

• Pay Level-7: Rs. 44,900 - 1,42,400 (Photographic Officer, Senior Translator)
• Pay Level-6: Rs. 35,400 - 1,12,400 (Assistant Extension Officer, Stenographer Grade I, Photographer)
• Pay Level-4: Rs. 25,500 - 81,100 (Upper Division Clerk, Driver Grade II)
• The selected official will have the option either to draw present pay plus deputation allowance or get pay fixed in the scale of pay of the post in accordance with normal rules.
