Eligibility Criteria

For Retired Government Officials:

• Retired Government Officials from the level of:
  • ADM (Additional District Magistrate) in State Government OR
  • Deputy Secretary level in organizations dealing with land management in Central or State Government OR
  • CPWD (Central Public Works Department) OR
  • RLDA (Rail Land Development Authority) OR
  • NBCC (National Buildings Construction Corporation) OR
  • MoD (Ministry of Defence) OR
  • Land/Property Management Agencies of State Government or equivalent
• Mandatory experience in dealing with Revenue matters.

For Other Candidates:

• BE (Civil) from a minimum NAAC 'A' accredited university/college.
• 10 years' experience in land revenue, valuation, land record, real estate projects.
• A Master's degree will be preferred.

• Proficiency in regional language for the location of posting (Delhi/Mumbai).
• Working knowledge of MS Office is essential.

Terms of Engagement

Contract Period:

• Initial engagement: 3 years subject to annual performance review.

• Temporary and purely contractual in nature.
