- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in preparing health sector financing data with focus on health budgets and health accounts.
- Other Requirements:
- Data Analysis using SAS or similar software
- MS Office proficiency

- Monitoring & Evaluation experience

- The Junior Consultant will work directly under the supervision of Senior Economic Advisor / Economic Advisor, BoP division
- NHA estimates are compiled annually for each financial year since FY 2013-14
- NHA estimates are prepared using SHA 2011 framework developed by WHO
- Major estimates include: Total Health Expenditure (THE), Government Health Expenditure (GHE), Current Health Expenditures (CHE), and Out-of-Pocket Expenditures (OOPE)
