Educational Qualification & Experience
1. DGM / Contract Specialist - VC No. RG/25/26
- Qualification: Full Time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum Experience: 11 Years.
- Relevant Experience: Experience in contract management, procurement, and project execution for highway infrastructure projects.
- Qualification: Full Time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum Experience: 05 Years.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in design of Highway Bridges/ROBs/RUBs/Flyover/VUPs and any other structures related to Highway, AND, Minimum 2 years' experience in Structural Health Assessment of Bridges & Structures and Rehabilitation Measure.
- Software: Candidate shall be conversant in STAAD Pro / MIDAS / SOFISTIK / LUSAS or any other equivalent.
- Desirable: Experience in Special Type of Bridges like Extra Dosed Cable Stayed / Suspension / Balanced Cantilever; and Qualification of Master's degree in Bridge & Structural Engineering.
- Qualification: Full Time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum Experience: 05 Years.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 Years experience in Highway Design (Geometric Design / Pavement Design / Design of Junctions / Intersections etc.) as per IRC/AASHTO/British and any other International Standards.
- Software: Candidate shall be conversant in Auto CAD Civil-3D, IIT PAVE.
- Desirable: Master's degree in Highway / Transportation Engineering / Geotechnical Engineering / Traffic Engineering.

Minimum Marks Requirement
- UR/EWS Candidates: First Class Degree / Minimum 60% marks in Minimum Qualification for consideration against unreserved posts.
- Reserved Category Candidates (SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD): At least 50% marks in Minimum Qualification for consideration against reserved posts.
- The candidate should possess a Degree recognized by AICTE/UGC (as applicable) from a University incorporated by an Act of Central or State legislature in India.
- Sections A & B examination of the Institution of Engineers (India) which is treated as equivalent to Degree by Govt. of India and recognized by AICTE shall also be accepted.
Experience Criteria - Salary/CTC Requirements
For DGM / Contract Specialist - 11 Years Experience:
- Central/State Govt./PSU/Autonomous: Should have worked for at least 2 years in IDA pay scale of Rs. 60,000-1,80,000 / CDA pay scale in Level 11 of 7th CPC.
- Private Sector/Other Organizations: Should have annual CTC of at least Rs. 24.10 LPA on the last date for submission of the application.
- Central/State Govt./PSU/Autonomous: Should have worked for at least 2 years in IDA pay scale of Rs. 40,000-1,40,000 / CDA pay scale in Level 7 of 7th CPC.
- Private Sector/Other Organizations: Should have annual CTC of at least Rs. 16.27 LPA on the last date for submission of the application.

Selection Process
For DGM / Contract Specialist - RG/25/26:
- Document Scrutiny: Documents submitted by candidates will be scrutinized by RITES Limited. Candidates found eligible will be called for verification of original documents and selection process.
- Interview: Interview 100% (Technical & Professional proficiency - 65%; Personality Communication & Competency - 35%).
- Written Test: 125 objective type questions carrying one mark each for a duration of 2.5 Hours. No negative marking. Candidates belonging to PwBD Category are eligible for compensatory time of 50 minutes.
- Document Scrutiny: Based on written test results, documents will be scrutinized and shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
- Interview: Candidates will be called in the ratio of 1:6 to the number of vacancies. Weightage: Written Test 60% + Interview 40%.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks in Interview: 60% for UR/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD against reserved posts.
- Candidates have the option to appear for the selection process either in Hindi or English.
- Appointment of selected candidates will be subject to being found medically fit in the Medical Examination conducted as per RITES Rules.
