• IRTS Officers at Level-13 in 7th CPC (Selection Grade).
• Less than 18 years of Group 'A' service.

For Group General Manager (T&E) - 01 Post:

• IRTS Officers at Level-13 (NFSAG/SG with 18 years of Group 'A' service) & Level-14 (SAG/NF-HAG) in 7th CPC.
• 18 years of Group 'A' service.

Age Limit:

• Not more than 57 years as on the last date of submission of application (09 October 2026).

Pay Scale & Allowances

• General Manager (T&E): Level-13 (7th CPC)
• Group General Manager (T&E): Level-13/14 (7th CPC)
• As per Railway Board guidelines, the employee is entitled to:
  • Parent pay
  • Deputation allowance
  • Other perks as admissible on deputation
• RITES will provide Company/Leased Accommodation as per entitlement to the officer who joins on deputation.

The selection will be based on the weightage distribution as under (Total 100 Points):

• Step 1: Visit the official RITES website www.rites.com and go to the Career Section.
• Step 2: Apply online in the registration format available in the Career Section.
• Step 3: While submitting the online application, the system will generate a 'Registration No.' on top of the online form.
• Step 4: Take a printout of the online application form containing the Registration Number.
• Step 5: Sign the application form and attach it with the application in the prescribed format (Annexure III) along with a detailed CV.
• Step 6: Send the application through the respective administrative officer (HOD) indicating:
  • No Objection Certificate
  • Vigilance/DAR clearance
  • Vigilance/D&AR records with details of penalties, if any
  • ACRs/APARs for the past 05 years
• Step 7: Send the forwarded application along with required documents to RITES Limited within 45 days from the date of issue of the vacancy notice.
• Step 8: Also send an advance copy of the application in the prescribed format (Annexure III) along with detailed CV directly to: kapil.soni3@rites.com at the earliest for records.

Important Instructions
