Educational Qualification & Experience
1. GM (Team Leader / Metro works) - VC No. RG/16/26
- Qualification: Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum Experience: 19 Years.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in Project Management and overall coordination of projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of projects in Rail based urban transit system (Metro / MRTS / RRTS / High speed / Semi-high speed).
- Key Requirement: Shall have worked on the position of Team Leader/Project Director or Dy. Team Leader/Dy. Project Director for at least 5 years in General Consultancy projects of Metro/MRTS/RRTS/High speed railway/Semi-high speed railway.
- Qualification: Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering AND Master's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering.
- Minimum Experience: 13 Years.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 09 years of experience of Review/Preparation of Geo-technical Investigation report and foundation design parameters and Temporary/Enabling works for Rail based urban transit system (Metro/MRTS/RRTS/High speed/Semi-high speed).
- Key Requirement: Shall have worked on the position of Sr. Geotechnical Expert/Geotechnical Expert for at least 3 years in General Consultancy projects of Metro/MRTS/RRTS/High speed railway/Semi-high speed railway.
- Qualification: Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum Experience: 11 Years.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 07 years of experience of architecture design and drawing of Elevated and Underground stations in Rail based urban transit system (Metro/MRTS/RRTS/High speed/Semi-high speed) with hands on expertise in BIM.
- Key Requirement: Shall have worked on the position of Sr. Architect/Architect for at least 3 years in General Consultancy projects of Metro/MRTS/RRTS/High speed railway/Semi-high speed railway.
Minimum Marks Requirement
- UR/EWS Candidates: First Class Degree / Minimum 60% marks in Minimum Qualification for consideration against unreserved posts.
- Reserved Category Candidates (SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD): At least 50% marks in Minimum Qualification for consideration against reserved posts.
- The candidate should possess a Degree recognized by AICTE from a University incorporated by an Act of Central or State legislature in India.
- Sections A & B examination of the Institution of Engineers (India) which is treated as equivalent to Degree by Govt. of India and recognized by AICTE shall also be accepted.
- If the certificate or marksheet does not indicate the first class/division or percentage, the applicant shall provide the conversion formula for deriving the percentage from CGPA/DGPA, as issued by the concerned university/institution.
Experience Criteria - Salary/CTC Requirements
For GM (Team Leader / Metro works) - 19 Years Experience:
- Central/State Govt./PSU/Autonomous: Should have worked for at least 2 years in IDA pay scale of Rs. 90,000-2,40,000 / CDA pay scale in Level 13 of 7th CPC.
- Private Sector/Other Organizations: Should have annual CTC of at least Rs. 38.78 LPA on the last date for submission of the application.
- Central/State Govt./PSU/Autonomous: Should have worked for at least 2 years in IDA pay scale of Rs. 70,000-2,00,000 / CDA pay scale in Level 12 of 7th CPC.
- Private Sector/Other Organizations: Should have annual CTC of at least Rs. 28.91 LPA on the last date for submission of the application.
- Central/State Govt./PSU/Autonomous: Should have worked for at least 2 years in IDA pay scale of Rs. 60,000-1,80,000 / CDA pay scale in Level 11 of 7th CPC.
- Private Sector/Other Organizations: Should have annual CTC of at least Rs. 24.10 LPA on the last date for submission of the application.

- In addition to Basic Pay, candidates will be paid DA, Fixed/Variable allowances, Performance Related Pay, Medical facilities, HRA/Lease accommodation, attractive superannuation package consisting of contribution to PF, Gratuity as per Gratuity Act, and Post Retirement Medical Scheme.
- Other benefits include: Leaves as per leave rules, Maternity Leave/Paternity Leave, Medical facility, Group Insurance, Leave Encashment.
- The pay would be fixed at the minimum of the scale.

Selection Process
- Document Scrutiny: Documents submitted by candidates will be scrutinized by RITES Limited. Candidates found eligible will be called for verification of original documents and selection process.
- Interview: The weightage distribution of the interview round shall be: Technical & Professional proficiency - 65%; Personality Communication & Competency - 35%.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 60% for UR/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD against reserved posts in interview.
- Candidates have the option to appear for the selection process either in Hindi or English.
- Appointment of selected candidates will be subject to being found medically fit in the Medical Examination conducted as per RITES Rules.
