Eligibility Criteria

1. Administrative Officer – Level 7 (₹44,900 - 1,42,400)

• Classification: General Central Services, Group 'B', Gazetted, Non-Ministerial
• Eligibility: Officers of Central Government:
  • (a) Holding analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre/department; OR
  • (b) With two years' service in Level 6 (₹35,400 - 1,12,400) or equivalent after regular appointment; AND
  • (c) Two years' experience in establishment and accounts matters.
• Nature of Duties: Management of service matters, recruitment rules, recruitment to posts, maintenance of service records, ACR/APAR; leave and other concessions to Gazetted Officers/employees; legal matters in various courts; training course joining/relieving formalities; APAR/confirmation of trainee officers.

2. Physical Training Instructor – Level 6 (₹35,400 - 1,12,400)

• Classification: General Central Services, Group 'B', Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial
• Eligibility: Officers of Central/State Government, Union Territories, recognized Research Institutions, Universities, PSUs, Semi-Government, Statutory or Autonomous Organizations:
  • (a) Holding analogous post on regular basis; OR
  • (b) With six years' regular service in Level 5 (₹29,200 - 92,300) or equivalent; AND
  • (c) Essential: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) from recognized University; Two years' experience of imparting training in Physical Training or Mountaineering/Hiking and conducting sports activities in recognized college or National/State level institutions.
  • (d) Desirable: Master's Degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed.) from recognized University/Institute.

3. Data Entry Operator Grade - C – Level 6 (₹35,400 - 1,12,400)

• Classification: General Central Services, Group 'C', Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial
• Eligibility: Officers of Central or State Government, Universities, recognized Research Institutions, PSUs, Semi-Government, Statutory or Autonomous Organizations:
  • (a) Holding analogous post on regular basis; OR
  • (b) With six years' regular service in Level 5 (₹29,200 - 92,300) or equivalent; AND
  • (c) Essential: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Application or Information Technology or Computer Science from recognized University/Institute; Speed of not less than 15,000 key depressions per hour for data entry work.

4. Data Entry Operator Grade - B – Level 5 (₹29,200 - 92,300)

• Classification: General Central Services, Group 'C', Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial
• Eligibility: Officers of Central or State Government:
  • (a) Holding analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre/department; OR
  • (b) With five years' regular service in Level 4 (₹25,500 - 81,100) or equivalent; AND
  • (c) Essential: Degree from a recognized University; Speed of not less than 8,000 key depressions per hour for data entry work.

5. Radiographer – Level 5 (₹29,200 - 92,300)

• Classification: General Central Services, Group 'C', Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial
• Eligibility: Officers of Central or State Government:
  • (a) Holding analogous post on regular basis; OR
  • (b) With five years' regular service in Level 4 (₹25,500 - 81,100); AND
  • (c) Essential: 12th Class pass or equivalent from recognized Board/University; Diploma in Radiography from recognized Institute.
  • (d) Desirable: At least three years' experience in Radiography in Government or Private Hospital.

6. Offset Machineman – Level 5 (₹29,200 - 92,300) – 02 Posts

• Classification: General Central Services, Group 'C', Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial
• Eligibility: Officers of Central/State Government or PSUs:
  • (a) Holding analogous post on regular basis; OR
  • (b) With five years' regular service in Level 4 (₹25,500 - 81,100); AND
  • (c) Essential: 12th Pass or equivalent from recognized Board; Diploma in Printing Technology (Offset) from recognized institution; Two years' experience on Offset Machine doing single and multicolor work from recognized institute/organization.

7. Staff Car Driver (Grade - I) – Level 5 (₹29,200 - 92,300) – 02 Posts

• Classification: General Central Services, Group 'C', Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial
• Eligibility: Officers of Central Government:
