Educational Qualification
- Essential:
- Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com.) from a University established by Law in India.
- OR MBA (Finance) or MBA (Financial Management) or MBA/M.Com (Financial Analysis) with 'Finance' as one of the subjects.
- OR Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CA).
- OR Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICWA/CMA).
- Candidates who have appeared for the qualifying examination and are awaiting results are also eligible for the Preliminary Examination. However, they must produce proof of passing before the Main Examination.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age (General): 40 years
- Maximum Age (Cat-2A, 2B, 3A, 3B): 43 years
- Maximum Age (SC/ST/Cat-1): 45 years
- Age Relaxation:
- Ex-Servicemen: Service period + 3 years
- PwBD Candidates: 10 years
- Widows: 10 years (with proper certificate)

- Step 1: Visit the official KPSC website www.kpsc.kar.nic.in.
- Step 2: Click on "New Registration" to complete One Time Registration (OTR).
- Step 3: Login with the User ID and Password received on registered email and mobile.
- Step 4: Complete the applicant profile with all personal, educational, and reservation details.
- Step 5: Upload the following documents:
