Post-Wise Eligibility Criteria
1. Non-Vocational Teacher in Biology (Senior) - Category No. 075 & 076/2026
- Educational Qualification:
- Post Graduate Degree in Zoology/Botany with not less than 50% marks from any University in Kerala or equivalent.
- B.Ed Degree in the concerned subject from any University in Kerala (or equivalent).
- Must have passed the State Eligibility Test (SET) for Non-Vocational Teacher conducted by Govt. of Kerala.
- Age Limit: Born on or before 01.01.2003 (Upper age limit not applicable for By Transfer recruitment).
- Method of Appointment: By Transfer Recruitment (From Ministerial Staff / LP/UP Teachers).
- Exemptions: Persons with Ph.D / M.Phil / M.Ed. Degree, or those who have passed NET/JRF, or Kerala SET for College Lecturers/HSST are exempted from SET requirement.
- Educational Qualification:
- Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a UGC recognized University or equivalent.
- Must have 2 years experience as Assistant Engineer (Electrical) or equivalent rank in Government / Quasi Government / Public Sector Undertaking / registered private sector undertaking.
- Age Limit: 18-40 years (born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.2008, both dates included). Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per rules.
- Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment.
- Educational Qualification:
- M.Ch/DNB/DrNB in Neurosurgery.
- Must have completed Basic Course in Biomedical Research from recognized medical institution designated by NMC.
- Permanent Registration under Kerala State Medical Council (TCMC) / Council for Modern Medicine.
- Age Limit: 22-49 years (born between 02.01.1977 and 01.01.2004, both dates included). Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per rules.
- Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment.
- Note: 4% reservation for Differently Abled candidates as per GO(P) No. 5/2023/SJD dated 01.10.2023.
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized University OR Associate Membership of the Indian Institute of Architects (AIIA), Bombay.
- Must possess a valid current Certificate of Registration with the Council of Architecture, New Delhi.
- Age Limit: Must have completed 18 years as on 01.01.2026. No upper age limit.
- Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from among persons who have rendered not less than 2 years in any category under Kerala Architectural Subordinate Service).
Weightage Marks for Non-Qualifying Degrees
- Non-Qualifying M.Phil: 2 marks
- Non-Qualifying Ph.D: 4 marks
