Educational Qualification
- MBBS degree from a recognized University.
- Valid registration with Delhi Medical Council (DMC).
- Candidate must not have completed one year of Junior Residency in any recognized institution (including regular & adhoc period).
- The candidate should have completed compulsory rotating internship after 07 September 2024.
Age Limit
- General Category: 30 years on the closing date of submission of application.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC).
Salary & Pay Scale
- Pay Scale: Rs. 56,100 - 1,77,500 (Level 10)
- Allowances: Plus allowances as admissible under the rules.
- The appointment is purely on an adhoc basis for 89 days only.
- Further extension may be granted with one day mandatory break after completion of 89 days tenure, subject to satisfactory performance and conduct with the approval of the competent authority.
Selection Process
- Walk-in-Interview: Mode of selection will be through interview only.
- In case of a very high number of applications, the interview may be continued on the next working day. The same will be informed to candidates verbally by Board Members on the date of interview at closing time.
- No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
- All appointments shall be subject to medical fitness by the Medical Board of JPCH.
- In case of non-availability of fresh candidates, candidates who have completed 01 year of Junior Residency may also be allowed to appear in the interview.

- Step 2: The application form shall be available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on the date of interview.
- Step 3: Fill the application form with all the required details.
- Step 4: Attach self-attested copies of all required certificates and one passport-size photograph with the application.
- Step 5: Report to the venue on the scheduled date and time for the walk-in-interview.
- Step 6: Carry all original certificates and testimonials along with two passport-size photographs on the date of interview.

Important Instructions

- Candidates are required to bring all original certificates and testimonials along with two passport-size photographs on the date of interview.

- Hostel accommodation is mandatory for selected candidates, subject to availability.

- Competent authority reserves the right of any amendment or cancellation of the advertisement.
- Competent authority reserves the right to decide in case of any dispute with regard to selection process.
- In case of non-availability of fresh candidates, candidates who have completed 01 year of Junior Residency may also be allowed to appear in the interview.
- JRs are appointed for an 89 days tenure period, extendable to a maximum of 01 year (including previous experience) or till the regular candidate joins, whichever is earlier.
- The appointment is purely on an adhoc basis for 89 days only.
- Further extension may be granted with one day mandatory break after completion of 89 days tenure, subject to satisfactory performance and conduct with the approval of the competent authority.
- Selected candidates have to report before the Medical Board of JPCH within 2 days of receiving the offer letter. Non-appearance/found unfit on medical examination shall be considered as cancellation of the offer letter.
- Selected candidates must submit an undertaking that they are not working at any Government or private healthcare facility at the time of joining and will not work during their tenure in this hospital. If found otherwise, strict action will be taken including termination of services.
- In case of a high number of applications, the interview may be continued on the next working days. The same will be informed to candidates verbally by Board Members on the date of interview at closing time. No separate communication will be made in this regard.
