- Electronics: BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Electronics & Communication Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
- Mechanical: BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
- Computer Science: BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
- Graduation should have been completed within the stipulated duration of the course as prescribed by the University.

Stage 1: Written Test/CBT (100 Marks):
- Part 'A' - Area/Discipline Specific: 80 MCQs, 90 Minutes
- +1 for correct answer, 0 for unattempted, -1/3 for wrong answer
- Part 'B' - Aptitude/Ability Tests: Maximum 15 MCQs, 30 Minutes
- No negative marking
- Shortlisting ratio: 1:5 (minimum 10 candidates)
- Separate shortlisting for reserved vacancies
- Interview Attributes:
- Technical (Academic) Knowledge: 40 Marks
- General Awareness (Technical Specialisation): 20 Marks
