1. General Manager (02 Posts):

• Officers of the Central Government or State Government.
• Holding analogous post on regular basis; OR
• With six years regular service in Level 12 in the Pay Matrix (Rs. 78,800 - 2,09,200); OR
• With ten years regular service in Level 11 in the Pay Matrix (Rs. 67,700 - 2,08,700).
• Desirable: Having experience in Administration/Establishment.

2. Deputy General Manager (04 Posts):

• Officers of the Central Government or State Government.
• Holding analogous post on regular basis; OR
• With five years regular service in Level 10.
• Desirable: Having knowledge of Companies Act and experience in Administrative/Establishment matters.

3. Assistant General Manager (03 Posts):

• Officers of the Central Government or State Government.
• Holding analogous post on regular basis; OR
• With two years regular service in Level 8 in the Pay Matrix (Rs. 47,600 - 1,51,100).

4. Assistant Manager (14 Posts):

• Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Public Sector Undertakings or Statutory or Autonomous Organizations.
• Holding analogous post on a regular basis or equivalent; OR
• With two years regular service in Level 7 in the pay matrix (Rs. 44,900 - 1,42,400) or equivalent; OR
