Educational Qualification & Experience

1. Project Research Scientist-III (Non-Medical):

• Essential: Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degrees, with five years' post qualification experience or PhD with two years post qualification experience.
• For Engineering/IT/CS: Four Years Graduate degree with Five years' Experience post qualification or PG degree with three years' post qualification experience or PhD.
• Desirable: Post-doctoral research/teaching experience in relevant subjects in recognized institute(s). Knowledge of computer applications or business intelligence tools/data management.

2. Project Research Scientist-II (Non-Medical):

• Essential: Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degrees, with three years' post qualification Experience or PhD.
• For Engineering/IT/CS: Graduate degree of Four Years with three years' post qualification experience.
• Desirable: Ph.D. in Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology from a recognized university with 2 years of R&D/teaching experience in the relevant subject; knowledge of computer applications or business intelligence tools/data management.

3. Administrative Officer:

• Essential: Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent, with minimum 03 years of experience under the Government Department/Statutory or Autonomous bodies/Universities/Public Sector undertakings and having knowledge of MS Office, MS Word, MS Power Point and MS Excel.
• Or: Retired Officers of the rank of Section Officer/Under Secretary to the Government of India.
• Desirable: Experience in Administration in Govt. Dept/PSU/Autonomous Bodies/Research Institute.

4. Field Officer:

• Essential: Graduate in Public health from a recognized university with 3 years of work experience from a recognized institution. or Master's degree in public health. or Pharm D (Doctor of Pharmacy) from a recognized institution.
• Desirable: Experience in field surveys, public health research, community-based studies, data collection, and use of digital data collection tools.

Selection Process

• Only eligible candidates will appear for Walk-in-interview/written test.
• In case of more than stipulated number of candidates, a written test may be taken.
• The qualifying marks for the written test will be for SC/ST: 35% and UR/OBC/EWS: 40%.
• The candidates scoring qualifying marks shall be interviewed.
• The final merit shall be prepared on the basis of the marks of the written test and interview.
• In case of non-conductance of written test, the merit shall be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the interview.
• The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the written test/interview subject to qualifying the skill test, wherever applicable.
