Educational Qualification

Executive Cadre - Engineering Disciplines:

• Process Engineering / Ammonia / Urea: Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Chemical/Chemical Technology with minimum 60% marks.
• O&U: Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Chemical/Chemical Technology/Mechanical with minimum 60% marks.
• Electrical: Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Electrical with minimum 60% marks.
• Mechanical: Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Mechanical with minimum 60% marks.

Executive Cadre - IT Disciplines (SAP FICO / MM / SD):

• Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology with minimum 60% marks OR Full-time regular MCA with minimum 60% marks. (As per Corrigendum)

Executive Cadre - HR & Marketing:

• HR: Full-time regular MBA/PGDM in HR/Personnel Management with minimum 60% marks.
• Marketing: Full-time regular MBA/PGDM in Marketing with minimum 60% marks.

Executive Cadre - Medical (FTC):

• MBBS degree recognized from Medical Council of India with Certificate of training in Industrial Health of minimum 3 months approved by DG FASLI OR MBBS degree with diploma in Industrial Health.

Non-Executive Cadre - Diploma Holders:

• O&U / Ammonia / Urea: Three Years Full Time Diploma in Chemical/Chemical Technology/Mechanical OR B.Sc (03 years full time) in Physics, Chemistry and Maths (PCM) with minimum 50% marks.
• UPH Operations: Three years full time diploma in Mechanical/Chemical with minimum 50% marks.
• Instrumentation: Three-year full-time Diploma in Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics Instrumentation & Control / Industrial Instrumentation / Process Control Instrumentation / Applied Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Control Engineering with minimum 50% marks.
• QA & Inspection (Mechanical): Three years full time diploma in Mechanical with minimum 50% marks.

• Senior Engineer/Sr. Officer (E-1A): ₹ 45,000 - 1,50,000 (CTC: ₹ 16.40 LPA)
• Assistant Manager (E-2): ₹ 50,000 - 1,60,000 (CTC: ₹ 18.40 LPA)

Non-Executive Cadre (Regular):

• Jr Engg Assistant (II) - Grade 2 (L0): ₹ 25,000 - 86,400 (CTC: ₹ 8.40 LPA)

Fixed Term Contract (FTC) Basis:

• Officer: CTC: ₹ 12.60 LPA
• Assistant Manager: CTC: ₹ 15.80 LPA
• Dy. Manager: CTC: ₹ 19.00 LPA

Note: Approx CTC is inclusive of PRP (Performance Related Pay). The company provides medical insurance cover to employees and dependent family members over and above CTC.
