Eligibility Criteria
Gender:
- Female Candidates only
- Bonafide Himachali (Candidates must have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any school/institution situated within Himachal Pradesh)
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 45 years
- Upper age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates as per government rules
- B.Sc. Nursing with 50% marks from a recognized University/Institution
- GNM (A Grade Nursing Diploma) with 50% marks from a recognized University/Institution
Fixed Honorarium & Benefits
- Fixed Monthly Honorarium: ₹25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only)
- TA/DA as prescribed for official tours
- Medical benefit under HIMCARE/Ayushman Bharat (as applicable)
- 2 Casual Leaves per month
- Maternity Leave after 2 years of service

Important Instructions for Candidates
- The post is open only for Female Candidates who are Bonafide Himachalis.
- Reservation is state-specific and applicable only to candidates who are bona fide residents of Himachal Pradesh.
- Candidates belonging to reserved categories of other states will be treated as General (UR) category candidates.
- The certificate of SC/ST/OBC should be on parental basis.
- OBC candidates must produce valid OBC (NCL) certificate valid on the closing date as well as on the date of document verification.
- EWS certificate should be valid on the closing date and document verification date.
- BPL/IRDP certificate validity is of six months from the date of issuance.
- The category claimed by candidates will not be allowed to be changed after the closure of the correction window.
- Multiple applications for the same post will be rejected.
- Applications submitted through fax/post will not be entertained.
- No request for rechecking/re-evaluation of scripts will be entertained.
- Admit Card will be available for download from the official website only.
- Candidates must visit the official website regularly for updates.
Important Conditions for Engagement
- The engagement is for a period of 5 years on fixed honorarium basis.
- The engagement shall not give any right for regularisation against any sanctioned post.
- The ASN will not be considered a government employee and will be governed only by this policy.
- No claim against any regular post of cadre or ex-cadre shall be made.
- The engagement can be terminated with 10 days' notice if found ineligible.
- Dereliction of duty/misconduct may lead to termination after following principles of natural justice.
- Night duties shall be performed as directed by the controlling authority.
- Prior approval of the Appropriate Authority/Finance Department is required before initiating recruitment.
Normalization of Scores
- In case of multiple shifts CBT examination, scores will be normalized using the Z-Score Method (Mean and Standard Deviation Method).
- This ensures fairness across different shifts and difficulty levels.
