Eligibility Criteria

• For Medical Candidates: A postgraduate medical degree viz. MD/MS/DNB/DM/MCh in the respective discipline from a recognized University/Institute or equivalent qualification thereto.
• For Non-Medical Candidates (Anatomy, Biochemistry, Pharmacology & Physiology): M.Sc./M. Biotech Degree in the subject concerned and Ph.D. in the subject concerned/allied subject from a recognized University/Institute.
• The candidate should have passed the qualifying examination by the last date of application submission and the result should be declared on or before this date.
• The tenure of the qualifying degree should also be finished latest by the last date of application form submission.
• Age Limit: Upper age limit till completion of Senior Residency is 45 years as on the last date of submitting the online application form. Relaxation will be as per Government of India rules and regulations.
• Candidates who had already completed 3 years of Senior Residency will not be considered for the posts advertised.

Important Instructions

• OBC candidate's eligibility will be based on the caste(s) borne in the Central List of Government of India. OBC candidates should not belong to the Creamy Layer and their sub-caste should match with the entries in the Central List of OBC.
• As the vacancies are advertised in the financial year 2026-27, the OBC-NCL category certificate issued on or after 01.04.2026 will only be considered valid.
• Those who are working in Central/State Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Institutions must submit a "No Objection Certificate" from the employers at the time of interview.
• SC/ST Candidates - Certificate should be issued by Tehsildar or above rank officer in the standard format of Central Government.
