Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: MBBS or equivalent from Recognized Universities as per Medical Council of India/Govt. of India norms.
• Experience: Five (05) years of working experience from a Government Hospital/Private Hospital of repute.
• Preference: Candidates who have worked in Aviation Establishments, Government Establishments, and PSUs will be given preference.
• Age Limit: Maximum age limit 62 years.
• Proximity: Doctors residing in close proximity to the airport are preferred so as to make themselves available for duty immediately in case of any airport emergency.
• The candidate should be clear from vigilance/disciplinary point of view at the time of his retirement (in case he has worked in Central Govt./State Govt./PSU/Defence/Paramilitary forces).
• No criminal case should be pending against him/her, which shall be declared by the candidate.

Application Fee

• No application fee or any other type of payment from the Applicant is being charged.
• AAI has not authorised any agents/agencies to carry out the recruitment process, hence applicants are advised to be aware of unauthorized or fraudulent agents.

Honorarium & Benefits

• Honorarium: ₹2,700/- (inclusive of conveyance and other incidental charges) for the first 06 hours duty per working day. ₹500/- for every additional hour beyond six (06) hours.
• Working Days: 05 working days in a week (excluding Saturday & Sunday & Gazetted Holidays).
• Working Hours: 06 hours per working day (11:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
• Duration of Engagement: The period of engagement shall be for one year which may likely be extended.
• Note: The engagement is purely temporary. No claim shall lie for regular employment on that basis at any stage.
• The Medical Consultant will not be entitled to any leave and any other benefits enjoyed by the employees of AAI.
• They will not be entitled to any benefit like Provident Fund, Benevolent Fund, Group Insurance or any other kind of compensation available to AAI employees.

Selection Process
