Educational Qualification
- 12th in Science + Diploma (MLT/DMLT/Engineering) + Five years' experience in relevant subject/field.
- OR Three Years Graduate degree in relevant subject/field + Two years experience in relevant subject.
Desirable Experience
- Should be able to do data entry in data entry softwares, on tablet/Desktops/laptops interface.
- Should know how to regularly handle, supervise and collate large data as generated in multi-center research.
- Typing speed (Typically 40-45+ WPM) with high accuracy, strong proficiency in MS Office.
Job Responsibilities
- Data collection and entry of patient data.
- Ensure that the data is collated and stored appropriately.
- Help the P.I. in record maintenance and all registers are maintained as per ICMR guidelines.
- Going to ambulance service provider and NHM for data collection and collation.
- Ensuring and liaising with printing and purchase of consumables and contingency across the project.
- Support multi-site operations; field visits, data/CRF collection, REDcap entry, sample handling/transport, equipment upkeep, inventories, courier/dispatch, meeting logistics, consent paperwork assistance, site follow-ups, and documentation per ICMR SOPs.
- Ensure timely, audit-ready execution and any other works assigned by P.I.

Important Instructions
- The appointment is purely on CONTRACT basis for a period of August 2026 to 31st January 2027 (06 months).
- The appointment is purely temporary and may be terminated at any time by the Competent Authority without assigning any reason.
- The selected candidate shall not be treated as an employee of AIIMS Raipur.
- The appointment will not confer any right to regularization, absorption, or permanent employment at AIIMS Raipur.
- No other/additional allowances other than the consolidated salary mentioned will be admissible.
- The appointee shall be on whole-time appointment and shall not accept any other assignment paid or otherwise.
- No TA will be admissible for attending the interview/written test and for joining the duties in case of selection.
- If any declaration given is found to be incorrect/false, the candidate will be liable for removal from service.
- If any candidate is found canvassing for selection, they will be disqualified.
