Junior Technician Posts:
- NTC/NAC in relevant trade issued by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT).
- B.E./B.Tech in relevant discipline from recognized University/Institute.
- MBA / PG Diploma in relevant field for certain posts.
- Company Secretary (CS) qualification for specific posts.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) for Consultant post.
- Retired Officers of Indian Army with minimum rank of Colonel for AGM post.

- Junior Technician, Junior Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager: Up to 30 years (Maximum 55 years with all relaxations)

Selection Process
Junior Technician Posts:
- Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT) – 100 Marks
- Stage 2: Trade Test (Practical) – Qualifying Nature
- Merit: Based solely on Written Test Marks
- Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT) – 85% Weightage
- Stage 2: Interview – 15% Weightage (50 Marks)
- Direct Interview based on various assessment parameters
- PART A (50 Marks): General Awareness (10), General English (10), Quantitative Aptitude (10), Reasoning Ability (10), Computer Aptitude (10)
- PART B (50 Marks): Relevant Trade/Subject/Discipline
