Educational Qualification & Experience
- Deputy Chief Chemist: Postgraduate Degree in Chemistry with minimum 60% marks and 9 years relevant experience.
- Deputy Chief Geologist: Postgraduate Degree in Geology/Applied Geology with minimum 60% marks and 9 years relevant experience.
- Deputy Chief Engineer (Reservoir): Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Petroleum Engineering/Petroleum Technology with required marks and 9 years relevant experience.
- Deputy Chief Geophysicist: Postgraduate Degree in Geophysics/Applied Geophysics with minimum 60% marks and 9 years relevant experience.
- Deputy Chief Engineer (S&E): Engineering Degree in Fire & Safety Engineering / Fire Engineering or Master's Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety/HSE with 9 years experience.
- Economist: Postgraduate Degree in Economics or Business Economics with minimum 60% marks and relevant experience of 9 years (Grade D), 13 years (Grade E) or 17 years (Grade F).
Age Limit
- Deputy Chief Chemist, Geologist & Geophysicist: Maximum 39 years.
- Deputy Chief Engineer (Reservoir): Maximum 37/39 years depending on qualification.
- Deputy Chief Engineer (S&E): Maximum 37/39 years (UR), 40/42 years (OBC-NCL), 42/44 years (SC).
- Economist: Maximum 39 years (Grade D), 44 years (Grade E), 49 years (Grade F).
- Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India rules.
Salary & Benefits
- Grade D Pay Scale: ₹90,000 – ₹2,40,000
- Grade E/F Pay Scale: ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,60,000
- Approximate Gross Monthly Salary: ₹1.70 lakh to ₹2.00 lakh

Job Responsibilities
- Manage technical operations in respective disciplines.
- Support exploration, drilling, reservoir and production activities.
- Conduct technical analysis, project planning and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for project execution.
- Prepare technical documents, evaluations and recommendations.
