Fresher Positions:
  • Junior Executive – Chemical: 3-year full-time Regular Diploma in Chemical Engineering with minimum 65% marks (UR/OBCNC/EWS) and 55% marks (SC/ST/PwBD).
  • Junior Executive – Fire & Safety: Any Science Graduate + Diploma in Fire & Safety with Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License. Minimum 65% marks (UR/OBCNC/EWS) and 55% marks (SC/ST/PwBD).
Experienced Positions – Core Engineering Disciplines:
  • Mechanical Engineering: Mechanical, Mechanical and Automation, Manufacturing Science, Mechanical (Production), Integrated/Dual Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Selection Process

The selection process may comprise of the following stages:
  • Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT) – Objective Type
  • Stage 2: Group Task
  • Stage 3: Psychometric Assessment
  • Stage 4: Personal/Technical Interview
  • Stage 5: Document Verification
  • Stage 6: Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME)
  • Stage 7: Physical Fitness Efficiency Test (PFET) – where applicable
CBT Pattern:
  • Part I: General Aptitude – English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning & Data Interpretation
  • Part II: Technical/Professional Knowledge – Questions related to qualifying degree
Note: CBT will be conducted tentatively in August/September 2026. Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks in each stage.

Service Bond & Retention Amount

Service Bond:
  • Selected candidates must execute a service bond to serve the corporation for a minimum period of 3 years.
  • Bond Amount: ₹3,00,000/- (General/EWS) and ₹50,000/- (OBCNC/SC/ST/PwBD)
Retention Amount:
  • Pay Scale ₹30,000-1,20,000: ₹5,000/- per month deducted for first 12 months during probation.
  • Pay Scale ₹50,000-1,60,000 to ₹90,000-2,40,000: ₹8,000/- per month deducted for first 12 months during probation.
  • Retention amount released after 3 years without interest.

Important Instructions for Candidates
  • Read the notification carefully before filling the online application.
  • Ensure correct category and eligibility criteria before applying.
  • Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
  • All qualifications should be full-time regular courses from AICTE approved/UGC recognized University/Deemed University.
  • Minimum 65% marks required for UR/OBCNC/EWS and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD in qualifying degree/diploma.

Reservation Guidelines:
  • Category-wise vacancy distribution as per Government directives.

Guidelines for Scribe & Compensatory Time:

  • Candidates will have to arrange their own scribe at their own cost.
  • Scribe qualification should be one step below the candidate's qualification.
