- Full-time Graduation (minimum 3 years) with minimum 60% marks AND MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS in Hotel & Hospitality Management / Facilities Management (minimum 2 years) with minimum 60% marks

Selection Process
- Stage 1: Written Test (Objective + Subjective) – 100 Marks | 2 Hours 30 Minutes

- Part II: Attempt any 6 out of 8 Questions (60 Marks)
- Stage 2: Personal Interview
- Final merit based on: Written Test (70% weightage) + Interview (30% weightage)
- No sectional cut-off; shortlisting for interview based on written test performance
Job Responsibilities
- MT – HR: Handling human resource operations, personnel management, recruitment support, training coordination, and related HR functions at the bank
- MT – Administration: Managing administrative operations, facility management, office services, infrastructure coordination, and related tasks
- After successful training completion, candidates will be absorbed as Deputy Managers (JM-I) and posted anywhere in India as per bank requirement
- Both roles require excellent communication skills and proficiency in computers and information technology

Important Instructions

- All qualifications must be from full-time courses at AICTE/UGC/Government-recognized institutions only; distance/open learning courses are not eligible
- Candidates already in service must submit a proper relieving letter at the time of joining
- Candidates with loan defaults or names in CIBIL defaulter database are NOT eligible
- Selected candidates must execute a bond of ₹3 lakh to serve as MT for 1 year and minimum 5 years as an employee post-absorption
- OBC certificate must be valid as on last date of application and must contain the Non-Creamy Layer clause

- Name in the application must exactly match the name on photo ID proof
- For CGPA-based degrees, a conversion letter from the institution head is required if percentage is not mentioned on the marksheet
