About the Organisation
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is a statutory body established under the Company Secretaries Act, 1980, by an Act of Parliament. It functions under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. ICSI is responsible for regulating and developing the profession of Company Secretaries across the country.
ICSI has its headquarters at New Delhi and offices across India including at Noida. It is one of the premier professional institutes in India playing a key role in corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
This is a contractual recruitment opportunity for civil and electrical engineering professionals to work with a reputed statutory body under the Government of India at its Noida premises.

Eligibility Criteria

- Maximum Age: 40 years
- BE/B.Tech (Civil Engineering) or equivalent from Government recognized Universities/Institutes
- Preference will be given to candidates having post-qualification experience of more than 3 years
- Training experience forming part of the curriculum will NOT be counted towards total experience
Salary & Benefits
- Consolidated Monthly Payout: ₹40,000/- to ₹50,000/- per month
- No TA/DA admissible for appearing in the selection process, joining the assignment, or on its completion

Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on application, qualification, and experience

Job Responsibilities
- Providing technical assistance for acquisition/purchase of land or premises from Government authorities or private parties following due process procedures
- Planning, execution, monitoring, and supervision of all infrastructure projects including new construction, additional construction, furnishing, repairing, renovation, refurbishing, and maintenance works
- Assessment and verification of building drawings, concept plans, cost estimates, structural audit reports, MEP plans, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety drawings as per Government norms and regulations
- Scrutiny and processing of bills for payment release to contractors, PMC agencies, architects, and consultants
- Monitoring day-to-day construction activities on site for ongoing building projects
- Ensuring proper quality control checks as per design specifications and standards for ongoing construction projects
- Maintaining proper records including correspondence, reports, and technical documentation
- Ensuring safe and efficient operation of building systems – HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lift, and fire safety – through preventive maintenance, repairs, and vendor management for all institute premises
- Conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with safety standards for all institute premises
- Coordination and meetings with architects, contractors, consultants, PMC agencies, structural auditors, and prospective bidders and tenderers involved in various projects
- Periodic site visits and site review meetings at various project locations
- Preparation of presentations and reports for various infrastructure projects
- Preparation of notices and agenda notes for meetings of Infrastructure Committees, Executive Committee, and Council on various matters
- Preparation of minutes and Action Taken Reports (ATR) for the above meetings
- Representing or attending meetings related to infrastructure matters of the institute or on its behalf
- Any other work assigned by the Competent Authority from time to time
