The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India has invited applications for the post of Chairperson in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) — a statutory body established under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016. The Chairperson shall have the option to receive a consolidated salary of Rs.5,62,500/- per month or pay admissible to a Secretary to the Government of India. The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) is a key regulator established under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.   • Attested photocopies of last 5 years complete Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) dossiers (wherever applicable)
  • Integrity Certificate
  • Vigilance Clearance Certificate — certifying that no disciplinary/criminal proceedings are pending or contemplated against the candidate
  • List of major/minor penalties imposed during last 10 years, or No Penalty Certificate
  • Duly authenticated supporting documents in support of eligibility (where APAR etc. are not applicable)
  • Copies of all educational degree/diploma certificates (attested)
  • Details of present and previous employment
  • Employer/Forwarding Authority Certificate (Annexure-II) duly signed with office seal

Important Instructions
  • Applications received without APAR dossiers (wherever applicable), incomplete information or received after the due date shall not be entertained
  • The candidate who volunteers to be considered will not be allowed to withdraw their name later
