The Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC), Government of NCT of Delhi, has released a rolling advertisement for recruitment to 54 posts on Deputation (including Short Term Contract) basis. Eligible Officers/Officials working on regular basis in Central/State Government, Union Territory, Recognized Research Institutes, Autonomous Bodies, Statutory Bodies and PSUs can submit their applications through the proper channel in the prescribed format. The first phase of applications will be accepted up to 31 July 2026.

About Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC)
The Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) functions under the Department of Environment, Government of NCT of Delhi. The Committee is responsible for implementing pollution control measures, monitoring environmental quality, enforcing environmental laws and regulations, and promoting sustainable environmental management across the National Capital Territory of Delhi.

Educational Qualification
- Educational qualifications vary depending on the post applied for.
- Engineering posts require Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant Engineering disciplines.
- Scientific posts require Master's Degree or Doctorate in relevant Science disciplines with prescribed experience.
- Legal posts require Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- System Analyst requires qualifications in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Electronics or related disciplines along with the prescribed programming experience.
- Candidates should refer to the official notification for detailed post-wise eligibility criteria.
Experience
- Relevant regular service in analogous posts or prescribed Pay Levels is mandatory.
- Experience requirements vary from 2 years to 15 years depending on the post.
- Experience in Pollution Control, Environmental Management, Scientific Research, Legal Practice or Computer Programming is required as applicable.
- Only Officers/Officials serving on regular basis in eligible organizations can apply.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age Limit for Deputation: 56 Years.
- Age will be calculated as on the closing date for receipt of applications.
Salary
- Salary will be paid according to the respective Pay Matrix Level of the post.
- Pay Levels range from Level-4 to Level-13 depending upon the post.
- Pay and allowances during deputation will be regulated as per Government of India deputation rules.
Selection Process
- Scrutiny of Applications.
- Verification of Eligibility.
- Interview / Selection as decided by DPCC.
- Document Verification.
- Download the prescribed application form from the DPCC official website.
- Fill in the application form carefully in English or Hindi.
- Attach self-attested copies of educational qualifications, experience certificates, APAR dossiers, Vigilance Clearance, Integrity Certificate, NOC (if applicable), and other required documents.
- The application must be forwarded through the Proper Channel by the concerned Department/Organization.
- Superscribe the name of the post applied for on the envelope.
- Send the completed application to the address mentioned below before the applicable closing date.

- Duly filled prescribed Application Form.
- Recent Passport Size Photograph.
- Self-attested Educational Qualification Certificates.
- Experience Certificates.
- APAR Dossiers for the last five years.
- Integrity Certificate.
- Vigilance Clearance Certificate.
- Statement of Major/Minor Penalties (if any).
- No Objection Certificate (NOC), wherever applicable.
- Proof of Age.
- Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD), if applicable.
General Instructions
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
- Applications will be accepted only through Proper Channel.
- Applications from Private Organizations, Unemployed, Retired or Contractual employees will not be considered.
- Incomplete applications or applications received without required documents will be rejected.
- The Board reserves the right not to fill any post without assigning any reason.
- The number of vacancies may increase or decrease.
- Candidates who have already applied against previous advertisements need not apply again if complete documents have already been submitted.
- The period of deputation is initially one year, extendable up to three years.
- Maximum age for deputation shall be 56 years on the closing date of application.
