🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Engineering Degree (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Marine / Naval Architecture / Chemical / Electronics etc.) Diploma (for some Deputy Manager posts) Relevant certifications (NDT / Painting / Design tools etc. based on post)
• Age Limit: Assistant General Manager: Max 55 years Deputy Manager: Max 35 years Age relaxation applicable as per rules
• Experience: AGM: Minimum 15 years managerial experience Deputy Manager: 7–10 years experience depending on qualification
• Other Requirements: Experience in shipbuilding / marine / offshore / fabrication industries Knowledge of tools like AutoCAD, SAP, MS Project Government/PSU experience preferred
