🎓 Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Degree from a recognized University Minimum 5 years experience in Executive cadre in areas like: General Administration Personnel Industrial Relations Commercial / Government organization Desirable: Postgraduate degree/diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Social Work OR Degree in Law
  • Age Limit: Maximum 35 years
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant executive experience in administrative/HR/industrial relations roles
  • Other Requirements: Must be an officer from Major Port Authorities (as per recruitment rules) Must hold analogous post OR post of Assistant Secretary (Gr.I)/PS to Chairman/Hindi Officer in scale of ₹50,000-1,60,000 with 5 years regular service in a Major Port Authority

Selection Process

Important Conditions

 

  1. Withdrawal Penalty: Officer withdrawing candidature after selection shall be debarred from future selection to any post in PPA for 2 years
  2. Rights of PPA: Reserves right to make any changes without assigning reason
  3. Decision Final: Appointing Authority’s decision is final on all matters
  4. Incomplete Applications: Will be summarily rejected without correspondence
  5. Portfolio: The post is classified as Class-I
