- Education: Candidates must have any one of the following: Master's degree from a recognized institution in: Environmental Studies Climate Change Development Studies Related fields OR B.Tech in: Environmental Engineering Related fields

- Experience: Relevant experience (post-qualification) of more than 3 years to up to 5 years Experience includes up to 3 years for PhD holders (no experience counted during PhD period)

- Assist the National Project Director (NPD) and technical staff of PMU in coordinating project activities

- Coordinate with partner institutions for collection of data and information related to project activities
- Assist in organizing and maintaining project-related data
- Submit fortnightly progress reports on tasks assigned
