• Education: Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CA) OR Member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accounts of India (ICWA/CMA)

• Experience: Twelve (12) years of experience in executive cadre in the field of Finance, Accounting in an Industrial / Commercial / Government Undertaking. Note: Experience in educational activities, CA firms (including training, internship, articleship) shall NOT be counted as work experience.
