🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in: Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Communication / Electronics
• Age Limit: Maximum: 65 years (as on 01.04.2026)
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years experience in any of the following:
  • Joint Director / ED / PED (Telecom / Signals)
  • Chief Signal & Telecom Engineer (CSTE)
  • Railway PSU roles in signaling/telecom projects
• Experience in:
  • Railway signaling systems
  • Networking & communication systems
  • Project coordination & inspection
• Other Requirements: 
  • Retired Government / PSU / Railway official
  • No vigilance or disciplinary cases
  • Not bound by confidentiality / contract restrictions
  • Willing to travel across India
  • Able to work in office + site + remote mode
  • Minimum 8 days per month presence required
  • Basic knowledge of railway signaling / telecom / KAVACH
  • Good coordination and communication skills
