🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Education: a) For RE posts (DGM & AM): Graduate in Engineering (Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electrical, Instrumentation & Control / Civil / Mechanical / Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunications / Electronics & Communication) with minimum 60% marks. b) For Finance posts (DGM & AM): Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost & Management Accountant (CMA).
• Age Limit: ⦁ Deputy General Manager (E-6): Upper age limit 44 years. ⦁ Assistant Manager (E-2): Upper age limit 30 years
• Experience: ⦁ Deputy General Manager – RE: Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience, out of which at least 10 years in Renewable Energy (Solar and/or Wind and/or BESS). ⦁ Assistant Manager – RE: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in Renewable Energy (Solar and/or Wind and/or BESS). ⦁ Deputy General Manager – Finance: Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in Finance/Accounts, out of which at least 10 years in Renewable Energy (Solar/Wind/BESS). ⦁ Assistant Manager – Finance: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in Finance/Accounts in Renewable Energy (Solar/Wind/BESS). * Assistant Manager – RE: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in Renewable Energy (Solar and/or Wind and/or BESS). * Deputy General Manager – Finance: Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in Finance/Accounts, out of which at least 10 years in Renewable Energy (Solar/Wind/BESS). * Assistant Manager – Finance: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in Finance/Accounts in Renewable Energy (Solar/Wind/BESS).
• Other Requirements: ⦁ Preference to candidates from RE Developer companies. ⦁ For PSU/Govt employees: Minimum 2 years in the relevant pay scale + NOC required. ⦁ For Private sector: Form-16 (ITR) for last 3 financial years.
