NEIAFMR has invited applications for engagement of a Project Consultant / Senior Project Consultant (Architectural) on a contractual basis. The position is intended for experienced retired government professionals with expertise in healthcare infrastructure projects. The selected candidate will be posted at the Ministry of Ayush, New Delhi.

About the Organization
The North Eastern Institute of Ayurveda & Folk Medicine Research (NEIAFMR) is an Autonomous Institute under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India. The institute is engaged in the promotion of Ayurveda, folk medicine research, healthcare services, education, and infrastructure development related to traditional systems of medicine. NEIAFMR regularly undertakes projects aimed at strengthening healthcare facilities and research infrastructure across the country.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant should be a retired Government Officer or retired employee from an Autonomous Body.
- Should have worked at the level of Deputy Secretary, Director, Executive Engineer, Superintending Engineer or equivalent position in Government organizations.
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a Postgraduate Degree in Architecture from a recognized University or Institution.
- Maximum age should not exceed 64 years as on the closing date of application.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in planning, designing, supervision, execution and monitoring of healthcare infrastructure projects.
- Experience in hospital construction, public health infrastructure projects and government building works.
- Experience in project management, technical evaluation, tender processes and coordination with various agencies.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and monitor project implementation.
Salary & Benefits
- Remuneration will be paid as per Ministry of Ayush Guidelines for engagement of Consultants.
- For retired Government officials, remuneration will be fixed according to applicable Government of India rules and consultant engagement guidelines.
- Other terms and conditions will be governed by Ministry norms.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for healthcare infrastructure projects.
- Assist in planning, design review and project execution activities.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and government departments.
- Prepare technical reports, project updates and compliance documentation.
- Support timely completion of infrastructure projects under the Ministry of Ayush.
