Eligibility Criteria
  • IRSME Officer of Junior Administrative Grade (JAG) level.
  • Officer should be working in the relevant Mechanical Engineering discipline.
  • Maximum age should not exceed 57 years as on the last date of submission of application.

Posting Location & Tenure
  • Initial Posting Location: Gurgaon, Haryana.
  • Selected officer may be posted anywhere in India or abroad depending upon organizational requirements.
  • Normal deputation tenure will be 03 years.
  • Tenure may be extended based on organizational requirements and performance.

Pay Scale & Benefits
  • 7th CPC Matrix Level-12.
  • Parent pay plus deputation allowance as per Railway Board guidelines.
  • Other admissible allowances and benefits applicable on deputation.
  • Company / Leased accommodation may be provided as per entitlement.

Experience Requirements
  • Experience in Railway Mechanical Engineering functions.
  • Administrative and managerial experience at JAG level.
  • Relevant domain knowledge and leadership capability.
  • Experience suitable for handling projects and consultancy assignments in RITES.

  • Screening of Applications.
  • Verification of Eligibility Criteria.
  • Assessment of Educational Qualifications.
  • Evaluation of APARs for the last 05 years.
  • Verification of Vigilance / DAR Status.
  • Interview and Domain Knowledge Assessment.
  • Final Merit-Based Selection.
Selection Criteria (100 Marks):
  • Educational Qualification – 15 Marks
  • Vigilance / DAR Status – 10 Marks
  • Performance in Service (APARs) – 25 Marks
  • Interview Performance – 50 Marks
  • Minimum Qualifying Marks – 60%

  • Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV).
  • Educational Qualification Certificates.
  • Copies of APARs / ACRs for the last 05 years.
  • Vigilance Clearance Certificate.

  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the parent organization.
  • Proof of Date of Birth.
  • Identity Proof.
  • Any additional documents supporting eligibility and experience.
