RITES Limited, a Navratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has invited applications from retired Government/PSU employees for engagement as Assistant Team Leader (P-Way) on contract basis. The engagement is for maintenance services of the dedicated test track between Gudha and Thathana Mithri stations of Jodhpur Division, North Western Railway. Eligible retired professionals may apply within the prescribed period.

Educational Qualification
Essential Qualification:
- Graduate Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering discipline from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements
Eligible Candidates:
- Retired Railway Officer of Junior Scale (JS) grade and above from Civil Engineering Department.
- Retired non-Railway Government/PSU official.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in rail track maintenance.
- Minimum 05 years of experience at executive level.
Remuneration
- Remuneration shall be fixed at 50% of the last basic pay drawn at the time of superannuation.
- Transport Allowance will be paid as applicable.
- No increment, Dearness Allowance (DA) or House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be admissible.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 64 Years
- Age will be reckoned as on 30 June 2026.
Nature & Period of Engagement
- The appointment will be purely on contractual basis.
- Initial tenure will be for one year.
- The contract may be extended until completion of the assignment based on mutual consent and satisfactory performance.
- Actual deployment will be subject to project requirements.

- High School Certificate as proof of Date of Birth.
- Certificates of Academic and Professional Qualifications.
- Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Pension Payment Order (PPO).
- Service Certificate issued by the last employer.
- Last Pay Slip indicating last grade and basic pay drawn.
- PF Number details with the last employer.
- Proof of Identity and Address (Passport / Voter ID / Driving Licence / Aadhaar Card, etc.).
- PAN Card.
- Proof of experience as claimed in the application.
- Any other relevant document supporting candidature.
- Candidates on whom any major penalty was imposed during the last 10 years of service are not eligible.
- Candidates on whom any minor penalty was imposed during the last 05 years of service are not eligible.
- Candidates involved in vigilance or CBI cases are not eligible for engagement.
