RITES Limited, a Navratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Government of India, has invited applications from retired Government/PSU employees for engagement as Senior Contract Expert on a contract basis for the Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor (HORC) Project from Palwal to Sonipat via Sohna, Manesar and Kharkhoda. Eligible candidates may submit their applications within the prescribed period.

Educational Qualification
Essential Qualification:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution or equivalent.
- Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution or equivalent.
- Certification in Project Management and/or Construction Management from a recognized institution.
Experience Requirements
Total Professional Experience:
- At least 07 years experience for Degree Holders.
- At least 10 years experience for Diploma Holders.
- At least 04 years experience for Degree Holders.
- At least 06 years experience for Diploma Holders.
- Experience in preparation of procurement strategy.
- Preparation of tender documents.
- Bid process management.
- Contract management.
- Experience in Railway Infrastructure Projects or similar eligible works.
Remuneration
- Negotiable remuneration.
- Remuneration will be decided as per company policy after approval of the CV by the client.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 63 Years
- Age will be reckoned as on 30 June 2026.
Nature & Period of Engagement
- The appointment will be purely on contractual basis.
- Initial tenure will be for one year.
- The contract may be extended until completion of the assignment based on mutual consent and satisfactory performance.
- Actual deployment will be subject to approval by the client.

- Evaluation of Relevant Railway Infrastructure Project Experience.
- Scrutiny of Documents and Service Records.
- Final Selection based on eligibility, experience and project requirements.

- PAN Card.
- Experience Certificates supporting the claims made in the application form.
- Any other relevant document supporting candidature.
- Candidates on whom any major or minor penalty was imposed during the last five years of service are not eligible to apply.
