The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Nagpur has invited applications from eligible Indian Nationals for recruitment to the posts of Medical Physicist and Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the Department of Nuclear Medicine on contractual basis. The appointments will be for a fixed contractual period or until regular appointments are made, whichever is earlier. Educational Qualification
Medical Physicist
Essential Qualification:
- M.Sc. in Nuclear Medicine Technology from a recognized University/Institution.
- RSO Level-II Certification.
- Experience in a full-fledged Nuclear Medicine Centre having PET/CT, Gamma Camera/SPECT/CT and Radionuclide Therapy facilities.
- ₹86,955/- per month (Consolidated).
- Up to 40 Years.
- 11 Months.
Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Essential Qualification:
- B.Sc. in Life Science or other Science subjects.
- One-Year Diploma in Medical Radiation and Isotope Techniques (DMRIT) or equivalent qualification approved by AERB.
- One Year Post Diploma (DMRIT) experience in a recognized Nuclear Medicine Laboratory.
- ₹45,260/- per month (Consolidated).
- 18 to 30 Years.
- 06 Months.

Selection Process
- Screening and Shortlisting of Applications.
- Document Verification.
- Interview.
- In case of a large number of applications, a Screening Test may be conducted to shortlist candidates.
- Assessment of Educational Qualifications and Relevant Experience.
- Final Selection based on merit and suitability.
- Mere possession of the prescribed qualifications does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview.
- Candidates must produce all original documents for verification before the interview.
- Candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks fixed by the Selection Committee.
- Appearing in the interview does not guarantee selection.
How to Apply
- Candidates should download the prescribed application form from the AIIMS Nagpur website.
- Pay the prescribed application fee through NEFT using the bank details provided in the notification.
- Attach a copy of the fee payment receipt.
- Self-attested copies of educational qualifications, age proof, experience certificates and other relevant documents must be attached.
- Submit the completed application along with all supporting documents through the Google Form link.
- Applications must reach AIIMS Nagpur on or before 26 June 2026 up to 05:30 PM.
- Candidates working in Central Government, State Government, Semi-Government or Autonomous Bodies must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.

Terms & Conditions
- The appointment is purely contractual in nature.
- The engagement will continue for the prescribed contract period or until regular appointments are made, whichever is earlier.
- The contract may be extended based on institutional requirements and satisfactory performance.
- The appointment may be terminated by either side by giving one month's notice or salary in lieu thereof.
- The selected candidates shall not have any claim for regular appointment in AIIMS Nagpur.
- No Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Benefits, Seniority or Promotion benefits will be admissible.
- Private practice of any kind is strictly prohibited.
- Candidates shall be required to maintain discipline and conduct as per institute rules.
- Any false declaration or suppression of information may lead to termination of service.
- The institute reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process at any stage.
- The number of vacancies may increase or decrease as per institutional requirements.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or joining the post.
- The selected candidate must be medically fit and may be required to undergo medical examination.
- Paid leave may be granted at the rate of one day for each completed month of service.
- All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Nagpur.
