Educational Qualification & Eligibility
Medical Superintendent
- Medical qualification recognized under Indian Medical Council Act.
- MD/MS or equivalent qualification.
- OR MHA (Master in Hospital Administration) or equivalent.
- 10 years experience in Hospital Administration in a senior position.
- Officers holding analogous posts.
- OR Deputy/Assistant Nursing Superintendent with 5 years regular service.
- Officers from Government, Universities, Autonomous Bodies or Research Organizations.
- Holding analogous post or 5 years regular service in relevant grade.
- Assistant Nursing Superintendent with 2 years regular service in the grade.
- B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing.
- Registered with Nursing Council.
- 6 years experience in a 200-bedded healthcare organization.
- Desirable: M.Sc Nursing and computer proficiency.
- Government/University/Autonomous Body officers holding analogous post.
- OR 2–3 years regular service in relevant grade.
- Government/University/Autonomous Body officers.
- OR 5 years regular service in relevant grade.
- Degree from a recognized University.
- Desirable: MBA/PG Diploma in Management.
- Knowledge of Government Rules and Computer Applications.
- Holding analogous post.
- OR Junior Accounts Officer with 5 years regular service.
- 10th Pass from recognized board.
- LMV and HMV Commercial Driving Licence.
- 2 years experience driving commercial vehicles.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 56 Years as on the last date of application.
- Age relaxation as per Government of India rules.
Deputation Period
- Initial deputation period shall be 3 years.
- OR till appointment of regular incumbent, whichever is earlier.
