The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Deoghar has invited applications for engagement of Guest Faculty in the College of Nursing for the subjects of Statistics, Psychology, and Sociology. The engagement will be on a contractual basis for the academic session. Teaching Hours & Remuneration
Guest Faculty (Statistics)
- 15 Hours for B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing
- 100 Hours for M.Sc. Nursing (50 Theory + 50 Practical)
- Remuneration: Rs. 1,000 per class per hour
- 50 Hours for B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing
- Remuneration: Rs. 1,000 per class per hour
- 50 Hours for B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing
- Remuneration: Rs. 1,000 per class per hour
Educational Qualification
Guest Faculty (Statistics)
- Postgraduate Degree in Statistics from a recognized University/Institute.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Desirable: Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
- Postgraduate Degree in Psychology from a recognized University/Institute.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Desirable: Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
- Postgraduate Degree in Sociology from a recognized University/Institute.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Desirable: Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 50 Years as on 31 July 2026.
- Age relaxation is applicable for Government Servants, SC, ST and OBC candidates as per Government of India rules.
Contract Period
- Engagement will be on a contractual basis for 11 months or till regular appointment, whichever is earlier.
- The appointment is purely temporary and does not confer any right for regular appointment.

- SC/ST/PwD/Women Candidates: Nil
- Fee should be paid through Demand Draft in favour of "AIIMS Deoghar" payable at Deoghar.
